Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven SAP PP/DS Analyst to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience with SAP APO Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) module, and/or 5 years of experience with S/4 HANA Embedded PP/DS. Candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and optimize production planning and scheduling processes. Willingness to travel: 10% to -25%.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configuration & Implementation:
o Configure and implement SAP APO PP/DS and S/4 Embedded PP/DS modules to support production planning and finite scheduling needs.
o Customize and implement PP/DS to meet business-specific requirements and processes.
• System Support & Troubleshooting:
o Provide ongoing support for the SAP PP/DS system, including troubleshooting issues, performing system tests, and addressing user inquiries.
o Work with functional and technical teams to resolve issues and perform system upgrades or patches.
o Participate in an ECC to S/4 Migration with focus on the embedded PP/DS functionality and processes.
• Business Process Mapping & Requirements Gathering:
o Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for production planning and scheduling processes.
o Map business requirements to SAP solutions and advise on best practices.
• Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
o Analyze current production planning processes and identify opportunities for optimization and improvements using SAP PP/DS.
o Implement enhancements to improve planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and increase overall efficiency.
• User Training & Documentation:
o Develop and deliver training to business users on SAP PP/DS functionality.
o Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and process guides.
• Collaboration:
o Work with cross-functional teams including IT, production, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure the SAP system is aligned with business objectives.
o Participate in integration projects involving other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of [5] years of experience working with SAP APO PP/DS in a functional or analyst capacity. Or minimum 5 years of experience working with S/$ Embedded PP/DS
o Proven experience with SAP PP/DS configuration, support, and optimization.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of SAP PP/DS functionalities and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, SD).
o Familiarity with SAP HANA, SAP S/4 HANA, and SAP Fiori is a plus.
o Proficiency in SAP GUI, as well as experience with data migration, system interfaces, and reporting tools (e.g., BW).
• Soft Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP certification in APO or relevant SAP modules.
• Experience with global SAP implementations and/or rollouts.
• Knowledge of advanced planning and scheduling best practices in manufacturing or supply chain management.

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $99,700-149,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
