As a Lead Engineer within the Thermal Systems Design team, you will be involved in development of new technology for future jet engines. Your primary responsibility will be to develop thermal designs for high pressure turbine components. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the thermal design of various other engine parts, including the combustor, heat exchanger, and rotor/stator components. This diversity allows you to make a significant impact across various engine systems. Roles and Responsibilities
Execute the thermal design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles
Execute the projects, while managing program schedule and financial work scope to meet business needs
Prepare and present technical data on expert forums internally
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
MSc/BSc in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Computer Science
Understanding of heat transfer and fluid mechanics
Confirmed experience in an Engineering position
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
