About the role:

We are seeking a Performance Tester to join the CoE team. This person would be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end application performance and capacity of our market leading financial domain products. Deliver highly available, responsive, scalable, and top-quality applications performance, delighting our customers.

About the team:

Capital Markets is one of the three verticals in FIS. It has various products and solutions in funds management, cleared derivatives, commercial lending, corporate treasury, insurance risk electronic trading, RegTech, and wealth and retirement.Performance CoE is a horizontal team maintained as a centralized service and shard across the organization specializing in performance testing. It is a core unit that involves standardized performance testing processes, formal metrics, required tools, and expert professionals.

What you will need:

3 to 6 years of experience in Performance Testing and exposure to different Performance Testing tools and frameworksExcellent skills in Performance Testing using JMeter (minimum 2+ years of experience in JMeter); Should be an expert in Scripting, Test execution, Report Generation and Analysis using the JMeter toolHands-on experience of developing scripts, designing test scenarios, test execution, monitoring, analysing results and reporting performance bottlenecksAbility to work independently on project performance testing with minimal supervision.Good knowledge on 3-tier architecture, Application and DB layer for good understanding of test environmentExperience in setting up the performance test environment, performance testing strategy, Workload Model creation etcGood experience with monitoring tool Dynatrace
