We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Engineer

Principal responsibilities

•The Active Directory Engineer will be a member of the Active Directory Level 3 Engineering team. The successful candidate will work across various businesses and technology organizations within HSBC to research, design and release standards for corporate Active Directory and related environment.
•This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 2019, Quest Tools, Windows Security, and related technology.
•Key member of our Engineering team Interfacing, collaborating, and governing all work related to this role.
•Collaborate closely with Audit related teams to progress Audit type items in a timely manner.
•Must be able to work in a team environment with a “can do” attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
•Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible.
•Coordinate and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation.
•Architectural health of Active Directory (schema, trusts, OU structure, etc.)
•Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment.
•Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.
