You will work primarily in engineering operations of Industrial and Energy Technology which includes, Gas Technology Equipment's (GTE), Gas Technology Services (GTS), Industrial Solutions (IS), Industrial Products (IP) and Climate Technology Solutions (CTS)

As a Lead Engineer – Engineering Operations and Transformation, you will be responsible for:Developing and execute company outsourcing strategic initiatives within India engineering teams.Working in alignment with India cross functional teams to develop and execute actions/ initiatives to meet outsourcing contract obligations with focus on India Engineering Teams and Suppliers:Local Contract agreement, sourcing processes, Invoice processing with supplier & revenue generationsWork with India Engineering leadership teams on the governance meeting, Implement actions.Active part of review rhythm with suppliers & global stakeholder on project progress & identify risk and propose mitigation plans.Act towards managing local suppliers’ capacity & capabilities based on the workloads and as per Governance MeetingsFacilitate local supplier audits & follow through audit actions and closures in alignment with IET Engineering Suppliers Quality LeaderSupport suppliers IT Infrastructure set ups and IT solutions implementation.Facilitate local Legal and Finance requirements implementation of specific Outsourcing modelsDeveloping and executing financial closing activities on quarterly, yearly to have strong revenue to achieve better site rates.Working closely with India Engineering team and suppliers to provide right training to develop the supplier competency, create capacity to support increased workload, work with cross functional teams and support Infrastructure set ups, keep rhythm of KPIs as part of the contract to meet the business commitments.Managing India Engineering supplier governance, conduct management reviews, audit reviews, execute contracts, develop capacity & capabilities coordinating with IET Engineering Suppliers Quality LeaderManaging India Engineering processes or initiatives such as PDM, KPIs and engineering tool development while supporting engineering resource management.  Works with other functions including supply chain, product management, finance and commercial, to ensure successful delivery of new products and services.The Lead Engineer applies communication skills and knowledge of business goals, programs, or processes within a Product Line to ensure successful project outcomes. 

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a BE/B.Tech or Master’s degree in computers or equivalent.Have 5+ years of experience in Engineering operations, Digitization, execute strategy initiatives towards supplier management or program management.Have knowledge on Power platform applications, business intelligence, data analytics & Excel reporting’s.Be Proficient in OBIEE, Power apps, power BI applications.
