Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Designing the following electrical circuit and circuit board localization: Digital circuit, analog circuit and related power supply (DC/DC or LDO) solutionsEngaging in all phases of new product introduction, including concept, architecture, documentation, design, prototype, test, supplier interfaces, manufacturing introduction and service support and circuit board localization process.Identifying and developing new opportunities to leverage Strategic Sourcing objectives and Common Technology initiatives in the MR Product line.Ensuring reliability, performance, and delivery through supplier relationshipsQuality Specific Goals:
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.Support compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before completing Design Outputs/Program DeliverablesParticipate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible.Qualifications:
MS in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years experiences on electronics R&D in automation, instrumentation, biomedical engineering or telecommunication industryDemonstrated technical depth in power design, electrical design and mixed signal design.Good capability on electrical design tools and simulation tools Cadence, MATLAB, PSPICE, etc.Working experience with PWA/PWB and subsystem design techniques for signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC circuit design and simulation tool experienceSelf-starter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multi-task.Excellent teamwork, coordination and communication skillsStrong sense of ownershipAbility to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets.Excellent oral and written communication skills, and global project experienceInclusion and Diversity
