Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions Lead safety training programs for employees at all levels Investigate and report on accidents, near-misses, and other safety-related incidents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and develop preventive measures Stay updated on industry best practices and evolving safety standards Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of safety equipment and tools Communicate safety policies and initiatives to all employees and stakeholders Participate in regulatory inspections and maintain compliance with all legal requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
