programExperience Two years experience in a hospital setting Four years experience in a hospital setting and ICAEL accreditation experience preferredLicense and Certification Board certified by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers ARDMS or Cardiovascular Credentialing International CCI required Ability to obtain and maintain Basic Life Support BLS within days of hireKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIESAbility to read and understand oral and written instructions and effectively communicate information Basic computer skills including openingreading email basic internet useExcellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments employees physicians and managers Works efficiently and organizes time appropriately Ability to prioritize daily work assignmentsPROBLEM SOLVING AND DECISION MAKINGRequires a high level of analytical ability in order to gather and interpret information from various sources Able to take appropriate action in response
