The Lead Director, Product Management focused on Product Operations, will play a critical role in enabling product orientation within our Pharmacy Services Technology organization by developing product discovery best practices and frameworks. The leader will be data-driven, analyze trends, and support feedback loops to drive strategic outcomes for end users and business partners. This individual is responsible for coordinating across cross-functional stakeholders, product strategy team members, and digital product team members to ensure roadmaps and priorities are informed by data driven analytics and user feedback, encourage innovation and align to overarching Digital and business priorities. Additionally, they will work with product strategy teams to ensure visibility of product health and progress is tracked and communicated outwards. 

 

They will be responsible for supporting and informing roadmaps across product management and development teams, overseeing competitor analyses performed by the team to inform future solution decisions, helping product teams implement robust feedback loops and collaborating on key program and progress updates to product leadership and other stakeholders. They will also assist with solution-level performance management through supporting the development of solution and product-level OKRs, collaborating with analytics, and deriving portfolio-level insights to highlight impact. 

 

This individual will collaborate closely with Product Management, Business stakeholders and other Product Strategy teams.  



Required Qualifications

10+ years required experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. Previous experience in agile product development helpful 

10+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products​

5+ years required experience supporting product operations, customer experience and driving innovation


Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting product and agile transformation

Prior experience in healthcare or insurance industry

Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment 

Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity 

Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills 

Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills 

General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts  



Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience 

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$144,200.00 - $288,400.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
