Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationMarket Skills and Certifications :
Essential Skills:
12+ years of overall experience predominantly in Project and Product Management6+ years of experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework experience with at least 3 of those years operating as a Product Owner. Hands-on experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Jira and Jira Align.Experience in product management/ development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industriesAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to synthesize data, to form a story and align information to contrast or compare to industry perspective and historical business trendsAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organization level, where flexibility collaboration and adaptability are importantStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyCreates and maintains project / systems documentation and proactively monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables.
