ASI is looking for a qualified Lead Diesel Technician to oversee and perform maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, and construction equipment. The applicant must have experience supervising a group of 3-7 employees. This position is 3rd shift. The person must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Experience and Skills:
Required Experience:
+ Strong mechanical knowledge and previous experience in a diesel shop or transportation environment
+ Manage and supervise the workflow, training and development of the Mechanics assigned to their shift.
+ Ensure proper Repair Order compliance
+ Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
+ Ability to manage and delegate work
+ Two-year college or technical school OR related experience
+ Must own the necessary tools
+ Valid Class A license and current medical card preferred.
+ Physically able to push, pull, lift, stand and kneel.
+ Must be dependable and able to work under pressure.
