Description As a Lead Application Developer, you will drive the development and deployment of applications in a .NET/Azure environment. Experience leading teams through large-scale migration projects from legacy technologies is preferred. This is a hybrid role in Jacksonville, FL. Please submit your resume for consideration. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with .NET development, including expertise in .NET Core for building scalable, high-performance applications. Extensive experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, and Azure SQL Database. Proficiency in designing and implementing cloud-native applications with a deep understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture. Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, including automated testing and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps or similar tools. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver innovative solutions. Outstanding communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
