Lead Design MHS
Planning and Design engineering of Material handling system (Mechanical) discipline considering as per the client requirements and interface with other disciplines and existing infrastructures, if any. Preparation, Checking and Finalization of engineering deliverables of MHS (Mechanical) like Flow diagrams, Layouts, Cross sections, General Arrangements, Scope document, Design calculations and component selections, BOQs, Evaluations and Comparative statements, Reports, Tender documents, Standard specifications, Drawings/sketches, Datasheets etc. It includes Conveyors, Transfer points, Berth, yard and railway loading and unloading equipment associated with the MHS pertaining to Port/Mine/Power plant etc.  Interactions with various stakeholders like inter disciplines, clients, vendors for briefing, inputs, interface clarifications, value engineering, and optimization etc.  Adaptation of new technologies and software used for MHS design, adherence to the engineering processes like AGILE, ACONEX, process standards and Standard specification, Safety in Design, Document Control System etc. Engineering deliverables shall be planned, prioritize, prepare and deliver considering project cost, timeline, safety and quality, standards and approved practices as per the client requirements. Develop and strengthen the database for more robust references for future tasks for prompt, accurate and detailed deliveries. Delivery of Engineering deliverables for design and planning with potential optimization based on standard specifications, codes and best industry practices. System planning and engineering shall be within the Budget Cost, Project Schedule & as per Project Quality and safety Requirements. New developments, new technological Adaptation and adherence to the modern engineering processes and standard specifications. Adherence to the agreed response time and client satisfaction BE/B. Tech (Mechanical) Up to 5 years in relevant MHS system planning and design engineering for Bulk material handling Ports/Mines/Power Plants/heavy process/production industries where Bulk material handling systems are applicable Proficient with Software applications like AutoCAD`, Nevis viewer, Conveyor and component design software, MS office etc.
