LEAD DEMAND PLANNING ANALYST
About the Role
You will be a key stakeholder overseeing the Demand planning and inbound material activities within HARMAN Lifestyle Consumer Audio. You will lead the analysis of related data to manage overall forecast in a manner consistent with high-level customer service initiatives and the business financial plan.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or any related fieldMinimum 4 years’ experience in Demand Planning, Data Modeling, Material Master Data Management preferably in a fast-paced consumer industryAbility to articulate assumptions, recommend alternatives, and corrective actions for non-adherenceAbility to facilitate and manage cross-functional product meetings to resolve issues, gain alignment, and develop recommendations for balancing demand and supply.Efficient time management (ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables), Results-driven, Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as a member of a teamExtensive knowledge in Microsoft ExcelWhat is Nice to Have
Work experience with the large retailers is a plus (BBY, Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc.) Proficient in SAP/IBPStrong analytical skills, experience working with a large volume of data and performing quantitative analysisWhat Makes You Eligible
