Key Responsibilities:
Order\nEntry & PO Placement: Ensure good document control;
Customer\norder processing in ERP system (SAP);
Generate\nstandard sales orders;
Requisitioning\nparts, materials, services;
Buyer\nexperience / PO placement complete process
Coordination\nwith all ISC factory for material readiness and expediting
Creation/extension\nmaterials and maintain price list;
Follow\ncredit approval process (including dispute resolution);
Customer\nmaster data set up & management;
Execute\nApproved Special Pricing correction;
Order\nacknowledgements sent to customers and channel partners;
Coordinate\ngoods receipt of orders on delivery and out bound deliveries;
Enables\ncommunication flow between customer and our ISC units.
Share\nregular updates on Order Booking/Revenue with business
Attend\nWeekly Revenue Pulse calls with Business and Finance
Logistics: Coordinating with\nFreight forwarder for material pick and have complete knowledge on import and\ncustoms clearance
Coordinating with our\nISC units for arranging deliveries;
Follow up activities\nfor customer invoicing to ensure better cash flow;
Expedites (work with\nplanning, manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, &\ncustomer);
Outbound & return\nlogistics issues.
Invoicing: Coordination for cost\ninvoice from factory;
Customer invoicing;
Customer credit notes.
Data Analytics: Daily/Weekly/Monthly\nreporting
Great Excel/Macro/VBA\nskills
Analyze data for\nbusiness and internal teams
