For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-11.6.23.pdf) | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM) (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Frontline-Spanish-11.6.23.pdf) The Lead Corrugate Tech is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners Essential Functions · Plan, prioritize, assign, review and participate in the work of personnel in Facility Operations. · Provide direction and guidance to personnel in the correct procedures to repair equipment and materials used to complete required maintenance. · Schedule and plan work orders and preventive maintenance to complete job assignments within target deadlines. · Identify resource needs and allocate accordingly. · Train personnel in preventative maintenance, technical procedures and safety inspection of all repairs. · Coordinate and communicate the repair and maintenance activities with other site operations to reduce or prevent downtime. · Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems and equipment · Willingness to Work at Various Heights: The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in elevated environments. This includes tasks that may require being at different heights for extended periods. · Ladder Climbing: Regular climbing of ladders is a critical part of this position. The candidate must be capable of safely ascending and descending ladders of various sizes and types. · Utilizing Various Lifts: Proficiency in operating a range of lifts is essential. This involves maneuvering scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other mechanical devices to reach higher areas. · Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Education and/or Experience Requirements · High School Diploma / GED · Minimum of five years experience in the repair and maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC systems and equipment in a commercial or industrial setting · Knowledge of a variety of building maintenance procedures and techniques. · Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions. · Skill in using hand and power tools. · Must be authorized to work in the US. \#100 REQNUMBER: 102626 All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
