Summary:
As an email marketing Copywriter, you're proficient in all kinds of copy, bringing voice, style, and clarity to a wide variety of projects and campaigns. But you don’t consider yourself just a writer—you’re a word architect, cohesively developing clear content hierarchies that support our “why” behind the message. You’re deeply inspired by out-of-the-box thinking, experimenting with new ways to bring customer communications to life, and you can’t wait to share examples of overachieving copy with the team immediately after it hits your inbox. You’re customer obsessed, tailoring your copy to each touchpoint in their journey and leverage data and insights to make your copy even stronger for the necessary use case. As a member of the marketing org, you're capable of communicating and strategizing with project owners and stakeholders to tailor your work to specific audiences and to meet key initiatives and view collaboration as integral to getting the work done.

What you’ll do:
Partner with project owners, making recommendations on the best way to meet their needs through copy, and taking initiative to fill in context and knowledge gaps when necessary
Write compelling copy from web copy to banner ads to event assets to blog posts to email nurtures and much more
Monitor all aspects of a customer lifecycle to write copy tailored to that particular moment
Collaborate with designers and other creatives to ensure the highest-quality final product
Research industries and topics to produce personalized content by audience
Shape language and tone of copy to elevate brand voice
Meet deadlines on all projects and work with team to ensure copy is flawless
Experience you’ll bring:
Experience writing about technology preferred
Experience in UX writing
Experience with Figma
Requirements:
Experience working in marketing as a content marketer/strategist, copywriter or related role
Experience writing for B2B and B2C audiences
Experience writing content for every stage of the marketing lifecycle
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $79,900 - $98,700 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
