What you will do
Ensure communication with PA team and Marketing/Events
Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including MedTech Code
Collaborate in process improvement projects
Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.
Regular meetings with the Manager and PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.
Service Request Forms creation all Divisions & Regions*
Faculty Service management (allocations, reconciliations) working with the PA Team, Marketing and Events
Collaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Consultant Nomination Form for all contracts
Faculty Payment Process collaboration with PA according to the allocations
Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities

What you need
Education
Essential:
College equivalent qualifications
Desired:
Bachelor’s Degree desired but not essential
Experience
Essential:
New graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience
Desirable
Fluent and skilled in local language as well as English
Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance
Sound excel knowledge
