Lead Coordinator, Learning Development & Delivery

What Learning Development & Delivery contributes to Cardinal Health:

Learning develops, deploys and evaluates learning solutions to support employee development and build organizational capability in alignment to business strategies. This function analyzes learning needs and develops training curricula, technologies, and programs. This function also manages trainings provided by third parties and partners with leaders and subject matter experts within functions and business units to deliver learning.

Learning Development and Delivery provides instructor-led trainings and manages training processes to maximize the value that employees gain from learning solutions. This job family delivers training materials including presentations, guides and manuals, and course evaluations and coordinate training schedules based on training needs.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm CST or until the work is complete

Responsibilities:

Conduct, classroom/hands on, New Hire trainingImplement 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day Training programPoint of contact regarding myLearning/mySpark and Learning & Development mattersPrimary contact to learn new products and their rules/regulations then communicate those changes to the broader teamMonitor myLearning/mySpark training requirements including complete, incomplete and overdue itemsPull training files/history to assist in audits Assist in retraining, when necessaryCreate tests or knowledge checks to measure and ensure information retentionConduct monthly team huddles (Onsite/Virtual) with corresponding PowerPoint presentation to all team members (RPH, Processing Technicians, Scanning Technicians and Warehouse Associates) Support Learning Business Partner on deploying learning strategyEvaluate learning results; suggest modifications to curriculum as neededCreate and update job aids, presentations, user and quick reference guides, and assessments as neededRemains current on training industry trends and incorporate them into training strategies as appropriateDesire and ability to grow Learning Business Partner skill set (identifying training opportunities, consulting with client on business goals, and performance improvement mindset); open to feedback and coaching from learning leadership and the businessAssist and support the Warehouse Associates, Scanning/Processing technicians when not facilitating trainingAttend and document meetings (Champions Committee) as needed.

Qualifications:

Registered Technician Trainee license or Registered Pharmacy Technician from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required2+ years’ experience in related field, preferredExperience in virtual and in-person facilitation including proficiency in Zoom and Teams preferredStrategic thinking to ensure learning experiences are designed and delivered to address learners with various levels of program/product/industry knowledge/educationDemonstrates knowledge of adult learning theories, principles and concepts, andragogy, instructional design theory, measurement and evaluation methodsMicrosoft Office ProficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver quality results within aggressive timeframes

Anticipated hourly range: $21.80 per hour- $31.19 per hour
