The Lead Cook assumes the responsibility for sanitation, controlling food costs, assigning shift production assignments for the preparation of a variety of foods for patients, cafeteria services, and special functions. The Lead Cook maintains daily and effective communications with the Food Service Director or Production Chef regarding employee relations and on-going projects. Under minimal supervision.

Required qualifications:
National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire. National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.Preferred qualifications:
