THE JOB:

As a Lead Conversion Technician at T-Mobile Arena, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the day-to-day conversions go smoothly and timely from the setup and breakdown of events. This is an on-call/part-time opportunity.

THE STARTING RATE:

$19.00 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Overseeing event conversions – from hockey games to concerts, boxing matches, and beyond.Setting and striking staging elements – risers, chairs, bleachers, drapes, carpeting, portable flooring, hockey dashers, and more.Manage equipment storage and maintenance to keep everything in top shape.Operate company vehicles and mobile equipment essential for arena operations.Handle administrative duties related to event production.Collaborate with Conversion Technicians II to ensure seamless event transitions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.Prior Conversion/stage production experience or public venue/event related building is bonus.Prior Lead Conversion Technician experience is a bonus.
