Principal responsibilities

To guide and lead teams of Development Team Leaders, Development Specialists and Analyst/Developers, with a variety of specialisation through the full development life cycle, and being act as full-stack subject matter expert, and specialized in Micro-services/API, front-end technologies, and cloud base applications.Provide outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with the capacity for original thinking in development and coding for an end-to-end solutions.Partner with global engineering subject matter experts to align and agree on the technical implementation with good command of English oral and written skillTake remediation actiosn on applicaton defects, and take proactivate preventive measures to minimize service outage and disruption for businessDrive actively for adoption of automation in the direction of DevSecOps implementation in uplifting the overall engineering capabilityUndertake additional tasks as directed by the Engineering Manager.Work closely with business and IT teams on various projects and support items, coordinate among business/IT and regional delivery teams.End to end accountability for each delivery, identifying and developing the most appropriate Technology solutions to meet customer needs as part of the Customer JourneyEnsure service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met.Sensitive to the industry uplift of technologies, tools and practices and their business trends.
