Automation Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of WPB Enabler Platforms.Solution Design:Design, architect, and implement innovative automation solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.Proof of Concepts:Conduct proof of concepts and pilots to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of new automation technologies.Implementation:Oversee the implementation of automation solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.Team Leadership:Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and address challenges.Performance Optimization:Monitor and optimize the performance of automation solutions to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation initiatives.
