Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Python Backend Developer 
As a Backend Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side applications, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security. You will work closely with front-end developers and other team members to create seamless user experiences. 
  
Responsibilities 
• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask). 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement APIs and services. 
• Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient code and architecture. 
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code 
•  Debug and resolve issues in existing applications and services 
•  Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. 
•  Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in backend development. 
 
 
Qualifications we seek in you 
Minimum Qualifications / Skills 
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent 
• Software development experience in Python and Django frameworks. 
• Strong experience working on Amazon web service. 
 
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills 
• Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask) and RESTful API design. 
• Experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM technologies 
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git). 
• Basic knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus. 
• AWS services like Fargate, EC2, s3, ECR, ECS and Fargate 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
