Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Application Support Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Lead Consultant, Application Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide support for Spring Boot applications, including debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve application-related incidents. You will also analyze application logs to identify and resolve issues promptly, contributing to the improvement of support processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

Build technical understanding of the Payments ecosystem

Provide technical support for batch jobs and applications, including debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Analyze application logs to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to triage and resolve application-related incidents, including customer reported complaints.

Participate in incident management processes to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize business impact.

Provide impact analysis of vendor changes and support vendor changes

Contribute to the improvement of support processes and documentation   

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in change management and incident management processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in Unix/Shell scripting for automation tasks.

Experience in SQL.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SumoLogic, Splunk, and Dynatrace.

Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.

Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices.

Familiarity in change and incident management
