•    Lead the structural design and analysis of water treatment construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
•    Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions
•    Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports for structural components
•    Conduct structural assessments and feasibility studies for proposed construction projects
•    Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design team members
•    Review and approve structural designs to ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness
•    Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural design technology and best practices
•    Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the overall project planning and execution                 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.    
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred

Experiences:  
•    15+ years of proven experience in structural design for water treatment construction projects
•    Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex structural designs
•    Experience in managing and leading design teams
