What You Will Do:

1. As technical leader to drive strategic hit innovation project.

2. In focusing product category, map existing technology in market, initiate differentiate competitive innovation from concept zero to successful commercial launch.

3. Has in-depth knowledge of customers, initiative and creativity in identifying and trying new and different approaches to meet customer requirements.

4. Support field tests or provide on-site customer facing technical support.

5. Work with Marketing and TS to develop selling point and demo to win.

6. Work with SC and process engineer from lab formula to production.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. PhD with 5 years’ experience, major in Material Science, Polymer Chemistry, Fine Chemistry, etc.

2. Experience in formulation design.

3. Solid relative technology research experience is preferred.

4. Able to effectively work with multifunctional teams.

5. Project management experience with complication and in-depth.

6. Strong communication skill on both oral and presentation to elaborate TVD.

7. Strong learning agility and strong capability to handle multi-task.

8. Excellent oral and written English.
