Job Summary:
UKG is seeking an experienced Lead Business Process Consultant to join our UKG Services Team. They will be dedicated to helping organizations improve their services’ processes, enhance employee experiences, and drive business growth. This Business Process Consultant role will be responsible for leading and implementing cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, work-flows, and user experiences. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of HCM processes.
 

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identify improvements in existing processes and procedures to enhance innovative strategies and research. * Work with Global Services business stakeholders and other business units, cross-services, to integrate innovation and research into our day to day work to achieve our vision and strategy.
* Understands the UKG business challenges and how their expert skillset impacts reaching the overarching goals * Embed design thinking principles to create innovative solutions to complex issues across services to improve customer and employee experience, applying best practices.
* Lead and influence stakeholders towards a common future outcome, explaining complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a point of view. * Create and maintain documentation of business processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), applying best in class process standards. * Engaged in the UKG business and knowledgeable in current and future practices/trends for business process.
* Leverages technology to implement cross-functional process innovation and will be exposed to various types of technologies, functions, and people within the organization. * Implements key initiatives, including the structure and practices, to better improve how we work and utilize data. *Consult on KPI metrics that provide data for process improvement impact measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. *Measure performance against process requirements, assist in roll-out to employees, calculate savings, and adjusts as appropriate. *Provide consultation on the use of techniques to improve process performance and experience quality, as an expert in process improvement.
 

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement and mapping, business / functional requirements analysis
- Able to look at the big picture, speculate and conceptualize outcomes and identify trends
- Ability to handle heavy workload, manage multiple projects, facilitate the activities of dynamic workgroups, and multi-task in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
- Strong ability to act as a lead in coordinating activities and tasks of other team members and stakeholders
- Enthusiasm for finding software applications that meet customer needs
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Ability to analyze and critically evaluate gathered information to resolve conflicts, anticipate issues, reduce risk, and make priority decisions.
- Ability to decompose high-level concepts into details and distinguish solution ideas from process, use cases, and requirements, translating to document each scenario
- Must have a working knowledge of project management lifecycle and techniques
- Must have working knowledge of MS Visio or Lucid Chart, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project
- High degree of project planning, organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and willing to “do what it takes” to get the job done
 

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in process improvement and mapping
- Experience in gathering requirements, documentation and communication
- Experience in project management requirements and design modeling, documentation and communication
- Experience in HRMS/Payroll industry and/or UKG Pro products
- Experience using Lean Six Sigma or ‘Agile’ methodologies

- High degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies/technologies that will enhance job performance
- Detail oriented
- Be able to work with different personalities and bring them together towards a common goal
- Work in multi-cultural environments therefore, sensitivity and understanding of different work approaches is important
- Being able to interact with others, communicate well and ask questions
- Work effectively as a member of a team and independently
- Team Player

Education/Certification/License:
- Lean/Six Sigma Certification - Business Analysis Certification (CBAP – Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related discipline highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $99,800 to $143,450, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
