In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of complex business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impactPartner with Product, Financial Crimes teams, Business Data Leads and other key stakeholders to support the development of an Enterprise Customer ProfileDrive and lead business initiatives that improve Customer Reference Data Quality and enhance operational practices.Develop data driven insights into customer reference data and perform root cause analysis of data quality issues.Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiativesDrive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriateReview strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performancePerform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendationsMake decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plansCollaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiativesInfluence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the groupRequired Qualifications
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications
Experience conducting root cause analysisAbility to write SQL queriesAbility to conduct data profiling across large bodies of work3+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experience with a working knowledge of Beneficial Ownership, CDD, EDD, or ScreeningExperience with RCSA, issues management, corrective actions, control design and implementationKnowledge of the product management disciplineExperience with engaging executives and other stakeholders to support important business decisionsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple prioritiesAbility to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive changeExperience creating and managing roadmaps, strategies, and products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market deliveryAbility to influence and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment, creating strong professional partnershipsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirementsDisplays an agile mindset to adapt to changing customer needs, business strategies, and technology environments to deliver in a way that meets the demands of the current and future marketplaceJob Expectations
