Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop\n and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company\n goals and objectives.
Identify\n and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Build\n and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and\n stakeholders.
Conduct\n market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and\n competitive landscape.
Collaborate\n with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
Prepare\n and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior\n management.
Monitor\n and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make\n necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's\n degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA\n preferred.
Minimum\n of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related\n role.
Proven\n track record of achieving business development goals and driving revenue\n growth.
Strong\n leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency\n in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong\n CoWos knowledge is a plus.
