The LCD Innovation – Business Analyst role will play a critical role in executing on key strategic change initiatives to transform processes, data and technology used to manage and report on non-financial risk within the Division, and across the Firm.
The Business Analyst will work closely with leaders and stakeholders from Non-Financial Risk Management teams to design, develop and implement process, data, technology and reporting solutions to deliver on prioritized business outcomes. The person will work closely with SMEs from the LCD Innovation Office as well as other key partners, including NFR Data Analytics, Technology team(s), and delivery teams, including teams outside the Division and/or external execution partners. The person will be expected to participate in divisional, departmental and/or firm level transformation and change related forums, working groups and committees as required.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, with sharp critical thinking skills, and the ability to apply business context to conceptual needs and translate them into appropriate requirements and solutions.
