About the Position: Sierra Army Depot is located in Herlong CA, a rural town in Northern California. Employees work a 4/10 work week, Mon-Thurs, 0630-1700 hrs. Responsibilities Review program operating goals and develops budget expenditures. Perform analyses using budgeting developed data queries, accounting automated system applications and manual processes. Analyze the revenue and expenditure of various organizations. Brief management and higher headquarters on budget issues and trends. Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS- 11 or above.
