Lead BAS Service Engineer

Insight Global is looking for a Master BAS service engineers to join an intelligent building solutions company that have helped customers, including small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, operate their buildings more efficiently for over 40 years.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Provide solutions to complex system problems and lead others on how to resolve problems.
Serve as local contact for technical issues.
Mentor and develop less experienced Field Service Engineers on all field tools and technology.
Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations and field hardware.
Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs.
Maintains feedback of equipment scheduling and modifications needed.
Manage assigned work to exceed customers time and quality expectations.
Communicate and document the status and details of the project for the customer.
Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the upgrades/service
