角色描述：

Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology. 

Arcadis is seeking a lead architect to join its retail studio located in Beijing/Shanghai. This position collaborates with a diverse and creative team, dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving. This position requires someone who initiates design concepts and leads the development of design.

角色责任：

Partners with the studio manager to establish a planning and design vision. Leads the design for multiple mixed-use projects primarily domestic. Presents and sells design solutions at client meetings and public hearings. Communicates openly, embrace mentorship, and nurture the next generation of designers.

资格和经验：

Bachelor's degree in Architecture Professional licensure preferred 10+ years as a "project lead designer" in Architectural field Portfolio of built work as a lead designer Advanced master-planning and building planning skills Ability to advance a design through all project phases – from concept to detail development Experience designing domestic, large scale mixed-use projects with a focus of expertise on Hotel, Residential, Retail and Offices Understanding of market trends of these sectors and ability to tailor designs to client’s business objectives Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English Extensive experience presenting plans and architecture during in person and virtually to clients and city design commissions. Advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino  Capabilities in parametric and advanced computational design is valued. Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and management of projects in China Desire to drive a culture of design excellence at the office level as well as regionally and globally within the practice
