This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings. **Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel.** **What you´ll do** + Adhesive Technology Solutions: Develop and drive adhesive technology solutions focusing on Conformal Coating, Potting, and other electronics assembly adhesives to achieve business goals and meet customer requirements. + Laboratory Work and Safety: Conduct laboratory work safely, adhering to proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, following site safety practices, utilizing laboratory equipment, and ensuring adherence to 5S principles. + Product Development Support: Collaborate in new product development activities, ensuring alignment with quality standards, customer needs, and market requirements. + Customer Interaction: Act as the key technical interface between customers and Henkel's product offerings, assisting in capturing customer requirements and providing recommendations for adhesive solutions and process improvements. + Training and Support: Lead customer technical training through various formats such as academies, webinars, on-site training at customer facilities, and Henkel's facilities. + Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome project bottlenecks and ensure project deliverables are met on time. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
