Working with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders, you will plan, design, develop, test, and implement impactful solutions for companies of all sizes. To thrive in this development career, you'll need to be an expert in Java (Java 11+ preferred) and have a firm grasp on Spring Boot, Hibernate, Javascript/Typescript, Angular and/or React. You'll need to be familiar with web services, RESTful APIs, SQL, AWS, and tools such as OpenAPI. **As a** **Lead** **Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success. You'll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your expertise with code complexities.** You'll also serve as a mentor to the junior developers. In the senior role, you will balance the assigning of user stories through prioritization and consideration of the technical interests of each developer on the team. We still find time for a healthy dose of fun. **Key Responsibilities** + As the Tech Lead, you will take responsibility for the development and operation of our payroll products, ensuring their seamless performance and continuous improvement. + You will adopt an agile, iterative and incremental approach, leading proof of concepts (POC) for new features and technologies and assessing their potential impact and benefits + Collaborating with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements. + Modernize a well-established product, leveraging the latest technologies, including the implementation of microservices in the cloud and the integration of artificial intelligence tools + With a strong sense of ownership, you will drive change and take on complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
