Kforce is looking for Lead Analysts. Qualified candidates will be planning and executing a variety of methodologies as part of the concept stage in the overall project development of digital user interfaces for websites and applications; Coordinating multiple modeling, simulation and analysis efforts to uncover the best usability solutions; Developing design patterns and interfaces applying an understanding of information architecture, multi-step flows, cross-platform experiences, and path user flow; Creating UI style guides, personas, service blueprints, sitemaps, user flows and wireframes; Designing the front-end of the application and technical enhancements using Figma, Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Adobe Creative Suites; Coordinating test validations of the user interfaces, the usability of newly invented features and navigation of web presence and application; Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the user experience based upon the project specification; and documenting modifications and enhancements to the user experience as required by the project. Salary: $67.00 to $90.00/hr.
