Lead Analyst, Inventory Audit
In this role, you will support the Field Inventory Audit Manager by assisting in the oversight and execution of field inventory cycle counting compliance programs for Stryker's Orthopedics Division. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure inventory data accuracy, process compliance, and successful audit completion. The candidate must be within a commutable distance from a US Stryker location. **Who we want** **Self-Starter:** You take initiative and drive results without needing supervision. **Detail-Oriented:** You excel in managing tasks with precision and consistency. **Collaborative Partner:** You build and maintain strong working relationships across teams. **Problem-Solver:** You bring analytical skills and a focus on solutions to every challenge. **What you will do** + Assist in designing, implementing, and monitoring field inventory cycle counting programs to meet compliance standards. + Partner with the Field Inventory Audit Manager and Field Quality Manager to develop and enhance inventory control practices. + Support coordination and execution of annual on-site field inventory audits (12–15 per year). + Prepare and maintain documentation for monthly cycle count audits, ensuring adherence to policies. + Collaborate with internal and external auditors by gathering and providing required inventory documentation. + Help monitor and analyze shrink expense, providing management with commentary on variances. + Build strong, cross-functional relationships to promote collaboration and problem-solving. + Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required. **What You Need** Required: + Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years of relevant experience ​ Preferred: + Degree in Accounting, Audit or Business Administration + Experience in audit, accounting or inventory operations + Experience with inventory cycle counting processes and audit requirements + Experience in Power BI Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
