As a Lead Advanced Field Service Technician at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to join our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor and you'll work on customer sites based out of our Markham, Ontario office.
In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, customer satisfaction, and the growth of the organization. You will work with critical building management, HVAC and security systems with the opportunity to work on a range of commercial and government buildings, health care facilities, airports and correction facilities. In this role you will help our customers to use technology to improve productivity and increase the value of services provided to our many different customers.
The primary focus is to provide continuing service support for Honeywell’s Commercial Controls Building Automation HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
\n\nPreventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Emergency Support maintenance of customer's Honeywell Building Management System.\nTroubleshoot and solve system and process related problems.\nPerform sensor verification and calibration.\nPublish critical reporting to customers including Monthly Performance, Results Reports, Correction Action Reports.\nActively interface with customers at all levels. Ensures customer satisfaction through oral and written communication.\nProvide 7 X 24 emergency on-call support to customer and technicians on a rotation schedule with other Honeywell Technicians.\nManage, coordinate, and deliver small projects with minimal supervision.\nWork with Service Manager to identify and prepare pricing to be utilized in proposals to Honeywell customers.\nProvide support to Sales/Estimation Team for quoting new opportunities on building automation systems.\nProvide guidance and support to junior technicians.

YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n4 years of experience in maintaining and commissioning building automation systems / HVAC controls, and energy management strategies.\n1 year of experience with mechanical system operations including but not limited to; chillers, boilers, VAV systems, multi-zone systems, roof-top units and air handling units\n3+ years of experience using Basic Windows and Microsoft Office experience.\nDegree / diploma in a related field.\nA valid G license.\n\n
