What You'll Do Do you have a passion for creating best in class marketing strategy with the ability to think critically and generate innovative ideas? Join our participant marketing team as a Lead Activation Strategist and play a pivotal role in reshaping how we interact with our retirement plan participants! By bringing to bear a range of content through different media channels, you'll foster engagement, education, and confidence among our audience. This work will contribute to our company's ambitious growth through strategic content initiatives! What you’ll do: Execute marketing campaigns using high-quality, engaging content in various formats. This includes articles, infographics, webinars, videos, podcasts, and social media posts. Ensure all content is optimized for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), resonates with the target audience and meets brand expectations and strategic goals. Apply content to multiple distribution channels to enhance content reach and visibility. This includes email newsletters, webinars, email journeys, social media platforms, guest posting, and strategic partnerships. Use creative thinking to identify new opportunities for content distribution. Regularly analyze and report on content marketing performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Use insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Data & Analytics teams to personalize content at scale, utilizing both internal and third-party data opportunities. This ensures content is strictly targeted to meet the outstanding requirements of our audience. Collaborate closely with the Lead Nurture Strategist and cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, sales, product development, and the Principal.com site. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Use this knowledge to inform content strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Who You Are Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably in a B2C environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A tenacious approach with the persistence to drive complex projects to completion. Proficiency in standard methodologies for CRO and content optimization techniques. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and analytic dashboard tools (e.g., PowerBI). Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Job Level We’ll consider talent at the next level with the right experiences and skills. Salary Range Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly) $77350 - $182400 / year Time Off Program Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
