Summary

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Lead A/V Technician for ASM Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Responsible for repair and maintenance of campus-wide audio, video, lighting, and LED video board equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee CCTV head-end room and RF distribution infrastructureManage equipment service and warranty issuesOversee A/V equipment spare parts procurement and replacement equipmentUnderstand and respond to Event Services and client issuesProvide technical support throughout events as assignedOversee inventory management and maintenance of inventory databaseSupervise full time and part time staff as required to achieve performance objectivesAll other duties as assigned

Must successfully pass a criminal background checkMust be at least 18 years of ageAble to operate machines such as scissor and bucket lifts, and able to work at heights over 50 ftMust have a working knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and general A/V experienceCommunicate in a friendly, respectful, and understandable mannerDemonstrate communication, organization, and customer service skillsAble to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Education and/or Experience        

High School Diploma or equivalentSMPTE training or equivalent education and experience; certifiable
