Project Oversight: Prepare and announce comprehensive audit plan for the respective category and process covering: - Cost Management  Actual vs Budget vs Estimate Variance Industry Benchmark / Market Price Comparison Hidden Cost / Unexpected Expense Audit TCO Analysis (Buy vs Hire) TC Lifecyle Potential Risk  Fraud or unethical behavior while selecting vendor/ price finalization Contract Adherence Regulatory & Internal Policy Compliance Process Efficiency Procurement Cycle Time (Delay Analysis) Amendment Analysis Procurement tool utilization/ effectiveness Consistency in procurement processes Necessary Approvals & Documents Conduct Periodic Audits in category specific projects procurements for compliance with standards and regulations Technical Evaluation: Provide specialized knowledge in their respective categories & assess technical specifications and quality of materials Performance Audit: Review cost estimates and actual expenditures along with project timelines and milestones Vendor Assessment: Evaluates category specific vendors and subcontractors' capabilities / documents Inventory Audit: Audits inventory levels and mgmt. practices including material reconciliation reports

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, with PG Diploma in Project Management (NICMAR preferred).

Experience:

Experience in Large Infrastructure Projects / Management Organization's with Conglomerates with following Experiences: -

Buying, Cost Estimation, Vendor Negotiations and Vendor Management Contracts Management and Contracts Administration Logistics, Supply Chain and Material Management  Exposure and Experience and Managing TC lifecycle Management through ERP Systems – SAP, ARIBA etc Deploying TC Assurance / Governance / Audit Framework Managing a diverse range of stakeholders who have different and often divergent requirements and levels of expertise. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and / or periodic audits.
