Lead – Analytics & Internal Control Group
Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify and assess risk across Techno Commercial Life Cycle Fraud or Unethical Behavior: Check for signs of the risks while selecting vendor / price finalization Procurement Cycle Time & Delay Analysis: Run analytics on all activities of TC lifecycle to identify key bottlenecks and Time delays to improve the efficiencies Process: Analyse Procurement Tool utilization / effectiveness & Check for consistency in procurement processes Audit the accuracy of budget estimates, financial integrity related to procurement and financial transactions Ensure Legal & Contract Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Cost Analysis: Review overall project and package cost control and budget adherence Manage Help Desk: Managing the Third-Party Whistle Blower Help Desk

 

Educational Qualification ;-

Bachelor's degree in engineering with PG Diploma in Project Management (NICMAR preferred). 

Experiences:-

15-20 years in Large Infrastructure Projects / Management Organisations with Conglomerates with following Experiences: -

Buying, Bidding & Estimation, Vendor Negotiations and Vendor Management Contracts Management and Contracts Administration Logistics, Supply Chain and Material Management  Exposure and Experience and Managing TC lifecycle Management through ERP Systems – SAP, ARIBA etc Deploying TC Assurance / Governance / Audit Framework Managing a diverse range of stakeholders who have different and often divergent requirements and levels of expertise. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and / or periodic audits.
