SUMMARY The Dispute Research Supervisor will report directly to the International Cash Applications Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing ECA issues and unreconciled Transactions/Disputes to ensure timely resolution with the highest standards of Customer Service. RESPONSIBILITIES + Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes. + Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff + Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators for team. + Evaluate, approve and report performance activity bi-weekly and periodically. + Identify and participate in opportunities to streamline processes; including developing, documenting, and communicating policies and procedures REQUIREMENTS + Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. + Area of study: Accounting, Business, or equivalent related experience in account management for a large organization + Type of experience: + Strong research and analysis skills + Great written and verbal communication and negotiation skills + Strong interpersonal skills with proven dispute resolution ability + Knowledge of accounting practices and accounts receivable reconciliation + Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the use of data sources to gather required information for analysis and reporting AutoZone, and its subsidiary, ALLDATA are equal opportunity employers.
