Royal Caribbean Group’s Global Talent Acquisition Shoreside Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Early Career Program reporting to the Senior Manager, Early Career.
This role will work on-site in our headquarters in Miami, Florida.
Position Summary:
The Early Career team, under the Global Talent Acquisition Shoreside team, is responsible for attracting, retaining, and empowering the next generations of leaders within Royal Caribbean Group. The Lead, Early Career Programs is a crucial role that will manage the planning and execution of all Early Career Programs, including internship programs, rotational programs, and early identification (ID) programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred. Must include a minimum of 4-5 years of successful experience in managing programs, preferably within the University Recruiting / Early Career space. Proven ability to interact with individuals at all levels of an organization, from a president of a university to a student. Must be able communicate across the broad in diverse business disciplines. Expertise in web-based technology and communication tools preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Two to three years’ experience with HRIS system, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Occasional travel up to 25 percent may be needed.
