This position will drive a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer’s needs central to what we do. This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.

Key Responsibilities: Develop in partnership with the Operations, and the 3PL teams a Concept of Operations on how the DC will work in the new WMS.Work cross-functionally to take defined Concept of Operations and generate and maintain specific operational process flows for all functionalityWork cross-functionally to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for all WMS processes and related functionality to meet the Concept of Operations and all applicable Johnson Johnson Quality, GxP, IAPP, and security guidelines.Create User Stories / Requirements for development by the IT Workstream.Work cross-functionally to develop test scenarios and training for all processesEffectively prepare and communicate status reports regarding key milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks within the sub-workstream to the broader workstream.Work cross-functionally to ensure validation of systems in accordance with current GxP/SDLC processes and requirementsManage risks effectively, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate

Medical Device sector/industry experienceMinimum four (4) years of related distribution operations experienceMinimum three (3) years of WMS management, maintenance, or implementation experienceExperience constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skillsConsistent track record to work cross-functionallyFlexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrityPreferred: E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementationsExpertise in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processesExperience in Ethicon CSS Supply Chain processesExperience directly managing professional level resourcesExperienced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with SAP EWMAgile Methodology knowledge and experienceLean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certificationsOther: The anticipated salary range for this role is $90,000-$144,900JJ Flex: JJJ’s enterprise way of hybrid working for eligible office-based employees requires at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically required.
