**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We’re looking for a Brand Lead for Global Jordan Streetwear to join our Beaverton-based team. You’ll help create the future of kids streetwear, serving consumers across the Globe. The candidate should have a nuanced expertise of youth culture and streetwear and its intersection with sport.
As part of our Global Streetwear Brand team, the Kids Streetwear Brand Lead will be responsible for managing our brand plans and driving functional excellence within the Global Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Streetwear, this role will deliver brand plans that grow the business while creating deeper, lasting relationships with our consumer.
The candidate should have comprehensive grasp of the kids consumer landscape along with the ability to lead multiple projects and build strong working relationships across a matrixed organization. An understanding of all functions of marketing is a requirement.
They should be comfortable with ambiguity and be ready to dig in, work collaboratively and bring a positive attitude always. They should be solution oriented, a team first collaborator, energy giver, strategic vision and digital thinking, passionate about streetwear, empathetic and curious to learn
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will partner with our Global Brand Director and marketing leaders to lead our brand plans and key consumer concepts including marketing briefs, strategic tools and marketing initiatives that fuel our seasonal initiatives and long-term consumer concepts.
You will work across global and geo and our licensee partners to drive a robust concept map and continually build new consumer experiences that accelerate brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally.
**As the Kids Global Streetwear Brand Lead, you will:**
**_Be tasked to support bringing the Global Streetwear Consumer plan to life in close collaboration with our licensee partner.**
**_Support development of annual and seasonal marketing plans.**
**_Support an end-to-end process to gain insight from consumers including cultural trends.**
**_Manage collaboration throughout the Consumer Code process to engage with our key cross-functional and cross-dimensional partners.**
**_Oversee product integration into seasonal programming.**
**_Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels.**
**_Manage campaign progress measurement. Recapping + teardowns.**
**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH**
**As the Kids Global Streetwear Brand Lead, you will report directly into the Global Brand Director of Streetwear.**
**You will work within a team of Global Brand Management Directors at Jordan Brand Managers and with our licensee partner to build and plan marketing programs that drive brand strength, fuel consumer demand and build our connection with consumers.**
**You will collaborate with teammates across Jordan Brand to build more effective and efficient ways to encourage and connect with streetwear communities across the Globe.**

**WHAT YOU BRING**
**Qualifications:**
**_Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or combination of relevant education, experience and training**
**_5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or related experience in retail marketing and/or digital brand marketing.**
_A passion for Jordan Brand and its role in the global cultural landscape.
**_Genuine passion and deep understanding of the kid’s consumer landscape and streetwear.**
_Dedication to respect, inclusivity, and valuing different perspectives.
**_Strong written and verbal communication skills.**
**_Experience working within teams and a team-first mentality.**
**_Ability to lead initiatives and project teams.**
**_Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in fast moving, ambiguous environment.**
