Description and Requirements


You'll be responsible for: 

Channel Program deployment and monitoringDriving strategic engagement with the Partners to maximize sales and share of a businessEffectively sells Lenovo offering by building strong relationships and promoting Lenovo End to End solutionsAchieve quarterly targets and annual Sales Incentive PlanManagement and creation of Sales Funnels and Pipeline Management with Channel PartnerEffective account planning and management while driving over sales plan revenue performance and market share gains with resellersExecution on joint business plans and managing quarterly sales activities through channel partnersImplementing and promoting the efficient use of all Lenovo tools inclusive of Lenovo Partner HubEstablishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level) with partners focusing mainly on owners and decision makers

What you'll bring:Understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors and the channelEnglish fluent spoken & written3+ years of experience with similar positionSales, organizational and project management skills focusing on Operational Relationship management and influencing skillsBusiness acumen and a solid understanding of ICT businessGood interpersonal skills, ability to build and sustain exceptional business relationships with executives and business ownersPresenter Skills, Power point and Excel knowledge
