**Job Description** You will be part of Intel Labs Silicon Design Prototyping team working on the design of new and novel digital and analog circuits layout. In this position, you will be contributing to Intel's chip-to-chip I/O research with a strong emphasis on practical application to future generation products. You will also be performing layout design of analog and mixed signal chip design, including but not limited to FET, cell, and block level custom layouts, auto place and route algorithms, floor planning, full chip assembly. **Qualifications** **Minimum qualifications** are required to be initially considered for this position. + Pursuing a Master's degree on Electrical Engineering or similar fields (remain as an active student for at least 1year). + 1+ years of experience developing scripts with Python. + 1+ years of experience doing digital or analog circuit layout. + 1+ years of experience using automatic place and route tools (ICC, Fusion Compiler, Virtuoso). + Intermediate to advanced English level. + Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico. **Preferred Qualifications** , are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates: + Pursuing a PhD degree on Electrical Engineering or similar fields. + 2+ years of experience doing analog circuit layout. + 2+ years of experience doing GUI development in Python.
