Lawn Care Technician Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lawn Care Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and treating lawn issues and providing outstanding client service. You will work with customers lawns providing applications and monitoring for issues. Please note: This is not a mowing position. It is an applicator and horticulture role that requires knowledge of turfgrass, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. Duties / Responsibilities + Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment such as sprayers, injection systems, and fertilizer applicators to ensure safe and accurate application. + Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining treatments and providing guidance on proper turf maintenance. + Accurately identify weeds and pests that invade lawns. + Follow all safety protocols and comply with label directions and environmental regulations regarding pesticide and fertilizer use. Qualifications: + Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. + Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Valid driver's license (required); New York pesticide applicator certification (preferred) Work Environment: + Outdoor work in various weather conditions. + Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
